If you’ve changed your mind, unwashed or unused items in their original packaging may be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of purchasing.
This applies to full price purchases only and excludes any sale or clearance items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on duvet inners, pillow inners and mattress toppers. Please choose these items carefully.
Should you wish to return an item, we require a returns form to be completed, so the warehouse can process your return accurately. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 03 355 0200, and we can send you the returns form and the address for the warehouse.
Please ensure the item is returned to us in its original condition including all packaging to receive a full refund. Please note we are unable to accept website returns into our Flagship store in Newmarket.
Returns will not be accepted without a completed returns form.
Where goods are faulty, please contact email@example.com to advise. In this instance, we will refund your purchase in full including postage.
For items purchased from our stockist please return to the stockist originally purchased from as they will have their own terms and conditions relating to returns.
