We agree to ship orders to the address provided at the time of placing your order. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days from date of dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow for delays around peak times such as public holidays, promotional events and during seasonal delivery periods.

We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, power strikes or shortages.

If you would like your order to be delivered to your place of business, your delivery address must include the name of the company and the contact telephone number.

We deliver our products New Zealand-wide, with free delivery for all orders over $150. Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of just $10 (excludes furniture and oversized items).

Please note we are unable to accept website returns into our Flagship store in Newmarket. These need to be posted back to our warehouse address found under our returns policy.

Tracking Your Order

M.M Linen uses a courier service for all standard post deliveries within New Zealand.

Please note any unsigned orders will be returned to the courier depot with a calling card left to rebook delivery.
