Shipping policy

We ship to New Zealand addresses only, and unfortunately we do not ship any orders internationally.

We agree to ship orders to the address provided at the time of placing your order. The estimated delivery time is 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow for delays around peak times such as public holidays, promotional events and during peak seasonal periods.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as, extreme weather conditions, power outages etc. 

If you would like your order to be delivered to your place of business, your delivery address must include the name of the company and the contact number.

We deliver our products New Zealand-wide within the North and South Islands excluding Great Barrier Island, the Chatham Islands & Stewart Island, with free delivery for all orders over $300, including GST. Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of $14*, including GST (*Excludes bedheads and wallpaper murals).

Tracking Your Order

M.M Linen uses a courier service for all standard post deliveries within New Zealand. You will receive an dispatch confirmation email, which will include a tracking link for your reference. 

Please note any unsigned orders will be returned to the courier depot with a calling card left to rebook delivery.
