What better way to welcome the Christmas spirit than with a sweet treat made for sharing? The M.M Linen team has given a classic rocky road slice a joyful festive twist and it’s almost too good not to pass on.
This no-bake beauty is crunchy, chewy, chocolatey, and bursting with Christmas charm. Perfect for dessert tables, gifting to loved ones, or sneaking a cheeky piece from the fridge when no one’s looking.
What You’ll Need
-
500g Cadbury chocolate of your choice
(We used white chocolate for one batch and milk chocolate for another because why choose) - 1 packet Arnott’s Scotch Fingers, roughly chopped
- 1 packet Marshmallows, cut in halves or quarters
- 1 packet Raspberry Liquorice, chopped
- 1 packet of Pretzels, broken into bite-sized pieces
- 1 packet Meringue's, roughly chopped
- Edible Christmas Decorations (think Santas, stars, sprinkles).
How to Make the Magic:
- Chop, chop! Roughly chop all your ingredients and toss them into a large mixing bowl no need to be precise, rustic is part of the charm.
- Melt the chocolate in 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each round until smooth and glossy (patience pays off burnt chocolate is a Christmas tragedy).
- Pour & mix. Add the melted chocolate to your bowl and stir until every delicious piece is generously coated.
- Set the scene. Line a slice tin with baking paper, pour in the mixture, and smooth it out. Top with your edible Christmas decorations for that extra festive sparkle.
- Chill out. Refrigerate until completely set.
- Slice & share. Roughly chop into pieces and enjoy!
